When you create a account, you can store your ship to addresses, payment information and we have manage your tax exemption status if applicable.
You'll also be able to view your order history, create a wish list, track your shipment and access quotes.

You may change your shipping or billing information at any time. Just log in to your account and edit your information. You may also add additional shipping or billing information if you have multiple addresses.
What does my Order Status mean?

Your order status is changed depending upon where it is in the process.
Declined- For some reason your payment was unable to be processed and therfore order was not processed. Please contact us if you need assistance.
Pending- Your order is under review pending confirmation of payment.
Approved- Your payment has been collected and order confirmed.
Processing- Your order is being reviewed and processed.
Ordered- Your order is currently being fulfilled.
Backordered- We are currently out of stock of one or more of your items and are awaiting restock.
Partially Shipped- One of more of your items was shipped, and we are awaiting shipment of the remainder of your order.
Shipped- Your entire order has now shipped.
Complete- Your order has been completed. Thank you for your order!
Additionally your order may be voided or refunded. These status reflect either obsolete products, cancelled products, or some kind of full or partial refund for returned, exchanged, or warranty items.

Please contact us by phone or Live Chat during business hours to request to cancel your order. As we process orders as soon as they are verified and ship the same day, we only have a short time window to cancel an order after it is placed.

We accept returns for 30 days from your invoice date. Certain items, such as software, licenses, opened headsets and items listed as non-returnable are final sales and cannot be returns.

2. Please your item back in the original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories, warranty cards, use guides, etc. Do NOT write on the manufacturer's box or damage it in any way. I
3. Place this box & your RMA form into a suitable shipping box. Write your RMA number on the outside of this shipping carton. You are responsible for return shipping and we suggest you insure the package for it's full value, we are are not responisble if it is lost.
Conditions and Exclusions
- Software and licesense are not returnable
- Headsets, ear cushions and ear gels that have been opend are not returnable
- Any items that are listed on as special order or not returnable
- All return items must be in new condition with the original unaltered box and must include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.
- If you received free shipping that offer is waived and the refund may be less the origial shipping charges we incurred.

Our goal is to ship orders that are placed and verified by 4PM Eastern Time the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day.
Orders that require a pallet will ship the next business day.
Non-stock or Out of stock items have varied lead times, which you will be advised of when you order is processed.

To check the status of your order, simply log-in to your account and select 'Order History'.
If you do not see your order status, you may also submit a query here. Fill out the form and a customer service representative will reply within 24-48 hours of your request.

Your invoice is automatically emailed to you upon completion of your payment. If you did not receive your invoice, you may need to check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder as sometimes your email system may filter them into those folders.

All payments are applied at time of purchase, regardless of stock status. There are no subsequent charges applied to your account by us after payment is confirmed for back orders or partial shipments.

Unfortunately at this time we do not allow for 3rd party or Collect shipping. We pass our low shipping rates on to you and many orders are available to ship at no charge to you.

We offer free ground shipping, using a carrier of our choice, for orders $299 and over. Free shipping is offered in the contiguous 48 states.
We primarily use FedEx for air shipping and various carriers for LTL (truck) shipping.
We ship from warehouses located throughout the US. Typical shipping times are:
- Economy- Usually arrives 2 to 5 days
- 2-Day- Arrives in 2 business days
- 1-Day- Arrives next business day
- 1-Day AM- Arrives next business day by 10:30AM* (Actual guaranteed delivery time varies by zip code)
- Saturday Delivery- Available for Friday purchases in limited zones
- LTL Shipping- Generally arrives 3-7 business days

You'll receive free Ground shipping, using a carrier of our choice, for orders $299 and more and shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

Most in stock product that is ordered on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next Business Day*, therefore a Next Day order placed on Saturday or Sunday would not ship until Monday, and scheduled to arrive for Tuesday delivery.
*If a holiday falls on Monday, the order would ship Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday.

All items sold on ProTech Warehouse, unless clearly noted in the description, are new. All items carry the limited manufacturer's warranty. For most items, ProTech Warehouse will process the warranty during the first 30 days (from invoice date). Warranty requests after that time should be directed to the manufacturer.
Why are certain items marked an Non-Cancel-able or Non-Returnable?

Any items marked as Non-cancellable or non-returnable is a special order item or made to order. Once the order is placed with the factory it cannot be canclled or returned. This is a very small percentage of items that we sell, and as such, we ask you to acknowledge this policy when selecting these items.

We do our best to maintance accurate pricing and honor those prices. In rare instances, your order may be cancelled if we can't honor the price or if the product is no longer available.
